New grid design

I have put in graphics for all of the forums and re-balanced them to eliminate empty space. This is a pretty dramatic visual change to the forums, but hopefully you like it. If you don't, every user has the option to switch back to the older table presentation, so you get to choose what you like. The grid will be default as I think it gives a better presentation for new folks.
